Proposal & Agreement		Timeline: Break down the project into phases. Deliverables: Expected reports, visualizations, or dashboards. Payment structure: Retainer, or project-based options.

My pricing is flexible and tailored to your needs. I offer:
Monthly Retainers: Best for clients with short-term or immediate data needs.
6-Month Retainers: Ideal for businesses or sports teams needing ongoing data strategy or project support.
12-Month Retainers: Most cost-effective for clients with long-term data goals, allowing for continuous support and optimization. Each retainer comes with a specific number of work hours, and I offer upfront and ongoing payment options. Custom packages can also be designed based on the scope of work.

Initial Consultation: A free thirty-minute to one-hour session to discuss your data needs and objectives.
Data Analysis & Insights: I gather and analyze your data to provide actionable insights.
Reporting & Visualizations: Delivery of customized reports or visual dashboards to help you understand the results.
Ongoing Support: Depending on the retainer, you’ll have access to follow-up sessions, revisions, and ongoing data monitoring to ensure everything continues to align with your goals.

How does the upfront payment work?

For each retainer, a portion of the payment is due upfront:
Monthly Retainer: 100% of the payment is required upfront each month.
6-Month Retainer: 66% upfront, with the remaining paid in installments over five months.
12-Month Retainer: 50% upfront, with the rest spread over 11 months. This structure helps ensure long-term commitment and allows me to allocate the necessary time and resources to your project.

If the project exceeds the contracted work hours, additional hours will be billed at my standard hourly rate of CA$60. To avoid surprises, I always discuss potential overages with clients before proceeding and work with you to ensure that scope changes are clearly defined and agreed upon.

Yes, I offer post-contract support:
2-Months Post Contract for 6-month engagements.
4-Months Post Contract for 12-month engagements. This includes check-ins and follow-up sessions to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that you continue to get the most out of the data solutions I provided.

Scope Creep Clause in every contract to protect both parties from excessive or unexpected changes. If your needs change during the project, we can reassess and adjust the project scope, timeline, and pricing accordingly. If proprietary software or licensing is required, those costs are passed on to the client.
